    *Our social media fee is a flat rate regardless of the number of platforms you use. Many competitors selling social media services offer low prices but for only one platform. They’ll charge you to use the same post on a different platform. This means that low fee increases, often substantially, by the time customers pay. These sites often feature dozens of add-ons. The checkout process is similar to those websites that keep adding extra items at checkout to tempt you to buy more.

  • We bill monthly.

  • We accept credit card payments. Your chosen payment method will be charged automatically, as outlined in your service agreement.

  • You can cancel your services. Cancellation policies are detailed in our service agreement. Generally, you have 24 hours after initial payment to cancel. After this initial period, you can cancel before the auto-renewal date, which is typically 30 days from the start of the monthly cycle (except in February, where the monthly cycle resets on the 27th).

  • Our refund policy is as follows: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of payment. After this 24-hour period, orders are non-refundable. All orders auto-renew on the 29th day of the monthly cycle (except in February, where the monthly cycle resets on the 27th).

  • No. For social media management, you will grant us admin access via platforms such as Meta Business Suite and LinkedIn. Separately, you may also provide access via your social media scheduler, if you use one. Note that for some kinds of posts, uploading directly from the social media platforms works best. When this is necessary, we will work with you to ensure smooth publishing.

  • Only your designated content creator and their supervisor have access to your content. We have strict internal protocols to protect your information, and no one is added to your project without your explicit approval and verification.

  • We primarily use the creative assets you provide, such as photos and videos. We can also incorporate resources from our existing library or source stock images and videos as needed. Any costs associated with purchasing additional creative assets will be discussed and approved with you beforehand.

  • Yes, we provide on-location coverage for events and handle special requests. Our capabilities include on-site video capture, live event coverage for social media, and coordination of press conferences and in-person media interviews. These services are quoted separately from our standard packages, and we will always provide a clear cost estimate for your approval before proceeding.

  • Client Usage Rights: Explicitly define how the client can use the assets (e.g., on their website, social media, in marketing materials, in perpetuity).
